1. Apple Standard EULA

This application is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

• 3-Day Free Trial: Full Pro access is provided free for 3 days from the start of your trial.
• Pricing: $3.99 per month (Monthly Pro) or $39.00 per year (Annual Pro, 17% savings).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Walkie-Talkie provides real-time voice communication. Users agree not to broadcast harassing, illegal, threatening, or abusive content across shared channels.

4. Emergency SOS Disclaimer

The Channel 8 Emergency SOS alert is a local peer-to-peer alerting mechanism designed for coordination among family and group members. It is not a direct substitute for contacting official 911 emergency services.
