Open Walkie-Talkie on your Apple Watch, select a contact or radio channel, and press and hold the large yellow TALK button. Speak clearly into your watch microphone, and release the button when you are finished talking. You will hear a confirmation roger beep.
Yes! On Apple Watch Ultra, open Settings > Action Button on your watch or paired iPhone, select Walkie-Talkie, and assign the Transmit Voice intent. You can now press the physical Action button to start transmitting instantly.
