By downloading, installing, or using BackTrack: Parked Car Radar ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
BackTrack Technologies LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple iOS and watchOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Standard Apple EULA.
BackTrack offers an optional auto-renewable Pro subscription with access to advanced features including Augmented Reality (AR) HUD camera overlay, AI parking sign OCR, unlimited offline GPS breadcrumb tracking, and meter fee alarms:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase after the 3-day trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
BackTrack is designed as an assistance tool for vehicle location. Never interact with the Application while operating a moving motor vehicle. Always remain aware of your physical surroundings, traffic, and pedestrians when navigating to your parked vehicle.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. GPS accuracy is dependent on satellite visibility, hardware sensors, and environmental conditions.
