End User License Agreement

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

By downloading or using TIL: Curious Facts, you agree to these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Subscriptions & Billing

TIL: Curious Facts offers premium subscription access known as Curious Facts Club with three auto-renewable billing options:

Weekly Plan: $2.99 per week, auto-renewing every 7 days.
Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month, auto-renewing every month.
Annual Plan: $99.99 per year, auto-renewing annually (Save 36% - Best Value).

2. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Terms

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Restoration: If you switch devices or reinstall, you can restore previous purchases anytime using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TIL: Curious Facts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational and informational entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, facts and trivia are curated from historical, scientific, and public sources.
